Apparently theres no real body mesh/model customization but like, literally otherwise seemingly normal accounts like the streaming host for nightdive studios(the guys doing all the remasters of classic shooters and system shock) took this as "they wont allow attractive women in gaming anymore because of misguided feminism" because you have cock and vagina options but no breast sliders.
There was a thread the other day of a r/kotakuinaction post filled with Gamers ranting about how the human and elf face options were nonbinary at best and that they would have to wait for mods before playing the game because porn has broken their brains. It's all extremely pathetic.
