What kind of music do you listen to at work? Like high energy vs chill focus music?
really a mix, pop, death metal, jazz, alt, edm... although if I need to concentrate it needs to be a song that I don't know if it has lyrics as otherwise it's distracting

I might come across as an obsolete dinosaur (which I probably am) - but I really enjoyed the tracks from Hitman game series, especially Exploration from Hitman 2 : Silent Assasin, and then became a fan of anything composed by Jesper Kyd.
Fisherman's Horizon - FFVIII
There are many wonderful renditions to choose from.
I have loads of suggestions, but my absolute favorite video game song is Drone by bignic from the Domina soundtrack. I listen to it on the subway at least once a month.
Behind the Mask from Persona 5. I watched a streamer play this game and this song got stuck in my head all the time.
