Make sure institutions have housing, and to fund more housing.

Is that a plan? I mean that seriously, because it seems like it's the bare minimum for what should be happening with student visas.

Call it a plan, call it common sense, I don't care as long as it's actually being done. So far, there have been lots of talks about this emergency but no real action on the housing front.

This is getting incredibly pathetic. Is any other country failing housing this hard? Other countries are at least trying. Worse yet, we know what needs to happen but like a high school dance, no one wants to make the first move.

Utter failure of leadership at every single level of government.
