The DMCA has always been bad legislation. Just another example of how fucked up it is that media juggernauts are never held accountable for bad-faith DMCA claims.

He’s an icon. Scrubbing imagery helps the cause. Which in this case is to prevent people from posting his image to stir up the filthy masses.

Also. It tracks the image posts as illegal and points to potential “terrorists”.

There’s long game here, and none of it is good. Since Elon and the new government (not Trump, he’s just the train they rode in on) have a vested interest, it will probably take too, just like the bizarre terrorist label. Murderer yes, but terrorist is just political, based in the fact the Musk and company won the 2024 election.
