Yep, that's bullshit. Though some of it is training, not actual technique. Like the guy sitting in seiza and being lifted. That sort of thing is used as a training to learn different ways to control your own body. But the throw that comes along with it? Bullshit. Whoever takes these training techniques out of context and presented them as real techniques, including the teacher, the person that recorded it, and the person that presented it, are all being dishonest about it.
You know that they're a master by their economy of movement. This is a little beyond that, I think this guy might be Jui jitsu Jesus
