According to their website they can prolong your temporary contract multiple times, way more than the government would usually allow. Can anyone shine some light onto how this is legal?

Fase A duurt 52 gewerkte weken en fase B maximaal drie jaar. Er mogen zes tijdelijke contracten in deze periode van drie jaar worden gegeven. Een contract in fase C is een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.

Voor uitzendkrachten gaat de ketenbepaling pas in als ze 26 weken hebben gewerkt. In sommige cao’s is die termijn verlengd tot maximaal 78 weken.

So yeah, they escape the law and it's stupid, but legal. Like an exception because of the nature of the work. Smart temp agencies actually fire and rehire after 6 months +1 day to avoid the "ketenbepaling" all together.
