In the new Archenemy format players take their turn together, so how goad works? Can they attack each other? Or their creature are forced to attack the archenemy?

You cannot attack your allies. The words “if able” are key here, so I’d assume it works the same way as 1v1 goad where the creature has to attack the opponent if no other option is present. So goad just changes to forced attack essentially.

Long and short, a goaded creature must attack the arch enemy.
