I've had a bowel obstruction. It's not fun. Worst point in my life.
This is the part when I'm supposed to say I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I would though.
I used to have a pretty good habit of drinking green smoothies at least twice a week. Best bowel movements I ever had in my life, by far.
And what stopped you from a good habit that had the best bowel movements?
How poor does your diet need to be to cause bowel movement problems, obvious medical conditions aside?
I would imagine mdonalds is bad enough to do it.
