There are car free people in Guelph who use a combo of cargo bike and bus - several with kids even. I recommend you join GCAT to meet more people like this.

To insert a line break without a paragraph break, end the line with two blank spaces, like this:

Dense living with walkable neighborhoods rather than suburban sprawl
Alternatively, use bullets, which don't require ending the line in blank spaces, and format better when their lines wrap the page:

- A really long point with lots of words that are composed of the typical number of characters that a word has
