If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

Aw. Could have had something good going.
Did you have something against the civilian populations in South America, central Africa, and India? What "good" would massive death and destruction in one of those regions do?
I didn’t even consider the actual impact of the asteroid. It just feels like with all the everything happening, humanity is very tired.
But good on you for doing your research and making me seem like a big bad lady who wants to have a meteor-powered holocaust.

You're misunderstanding. Nobody wants mass casuaIties. They want an extinction level event.
That still involves me. Again, leave me out of it. I didn't do anything to deserve that. They can take care of their issue with life themselves without involving others.

It's quite ironic, IMO. A lot of Americans are lamenting the decline of their country but then fall into the same selfish "America is the whole world and is all that matters" mindset as the people who are causing the decline in the first place.
Indeed. The US has gone to shit. If everyone there simply left, then would find their quality of life improve ten fold. Sadly, that is not an option for most.
