While these look awesome, they do a terribly job at communicating what the warning/danger is. I don't remember seeing them, were they used in the final cut of the movie?
Yes. They're just set decoration used throughout the ship. One can be seen in the crew introduction.
Absolutely love this iconography
You can get these as keycaps from signature plastics.
While it has some issues, this is a very well throughout signage system ! I like how pressure, vacuum and radiation are represented.
