I noticed The Collector's design seemed a bit off earlier, I didn't realize it was because they're wearing Luz's Azura cosplay though!
It looks like this was a third universe's Luz? She doesn't seem evil though, looks like her story was closer to the prime timeline. What is he/she/they doing?
It's not just the Collector wearing Luz's cosplay, they melded together! Look at the eyebrow scar that's present after the flash.
