I need to play this year. Is it just 7 riders from 7 nations? Any other rules or restrictions I should know as I pick a squad?

@[email protected] Yes that's about the size of it. The men's grand tours are 8 riders but the rest are 7. You also need to remember that it is solely based on stage results so you need a mix of riders based on the stages ridden.
