"Rogue" implies that they may be misguided
They're not misguided
They are doing deliberate harm
Someone who has "gone rogue" is redeemable, and will change their ways when they see a better path
The malicious will not
There's definitely a significant difference
The more information we have the better prepared we will be for whats ahead, of course that doesn't work for trump because he does best in darkness
