This is my 2nd time ever trying to grow any kind of plants. I planted what I thought was lemon balm and dill seeds. Last night I was looking up groth stages of lemon balm and realized my plants look nothing like lemon balm. The seed packet I got also has seeds for sweet dani basil, and after looking at those I'm thinking that's what these are. I'm just wondering if maybe someone here might know and be able to tell me?

I don't know if I planted to wrong seed twice in a row because I have 2 going that are the same that I started at separate times, or if they put the wrong seeds in the packet because I really don't think these are lemon balm.

Yup - definitely not lemon balm, and sure looks like lemon basil.

Awesome thanks, Still pretty neat I guess. Maybe next time I'll try with the other seed packet and see what happens lol.

I am not sure if the upper right plant in the first picture is the dill you were talking about, but it looks like it might be fennel. I say this based on what looks to be a bulb forming. I have not grown dill, but I have grown fennel.

If we're looking at the same part, I think that might be from me snipping off a little sprig of it to test it out. Thankfully when I did it did taste and smell like dill. The little bit underneath. I don't know if that's from me not pushing the seeds far enough into the sponge or something. I grew a carrot in this this last time to see what would happen and it had the same little discoloration.
