Sadly I'm neurodiverse and on several sedative medications so it's not as easy as that
Just put it across the room, unless you have a comfortable fluffy carpet.
Maybe use a different alarm app. There are many with puzzles you have to solve. I just recently got QRAlarm on F-Droid where I have to scan a QR code to shut it down. Works for me.

This works for me. Just scan a QR code of a flyer or whatever beforehand and put the flyer too far away from your bed to grab it without standing up

Oh gods. I'm terrible with alarms. I've been known to wake up, disable it and then go back to sleep without even remembering it. And to make it worse, whenever I have something happening the next day that requires an alarm and me waking up early, I won't be able to fall asleep until the early hours of the morning. So I'm probably deep in REM sleep by the time the alarm hits.
There used to be a clock they sold where it had a ball and you had to throw it against a surface to get it to stop and then it would go off some minutes after that.
I have no alarms :3.. simply built different uwu
