This is legitimately one of the craziest takes I have ever heard. Like people don't just talk. Like the entire basis of humans isn't societal interaction to create communities. No, conversation is not hard for everyone, it's generally a positive thing for the vast majority of people
... and yet, you fall right into their trap!
It seems like you are talking past each other, thus validating their point. Talking is easy, getting understood seems to be much harder.
