- Be mindful when posting spoilers or spoiler content.
- If you're making a post put "(Spoilers)" at the start of your post.
- If your post is an image mark it as NSFW.
- If you're making a comment use the Lemmy spoilers markdown.
When should something no longer be considered a spoiler? In general use your best judgement. If want something more specific,
- For films, wait until it's been released to streaming for at least a few weeks.
- For TV shows, consider the whole season as a spoiler until the last episode of the season has aired, then wait a few weeks.

Even though Ironheart/Riri Williams wasn't even in existence yet when I was still a comic-reading kid, I liked her character well enough in BP2 that I've been looking forward to this show since it was announced. Kinda glad it took so long to release, because it looks like they really took the time to get the CGI right.
The rampant anti-woke crowd on YouTube is getting seriously tiring. Can't we find something else for those losers to do with their time?
What's wrong with it? Are there spoilers for Thunderbolts in it? Or is it like the same morons who complained that Heimdall was black?
Black. Female.
That's all you need to know about these CHUDS.
Big part of it are the racist idiots.
Smaller part is that this show was filmed years ago and its whole plot already leaked online, which makes some people get angry at Marvel.
And the other factor is that some people are mad at this character for "taking over" Iron Man's role
Didn't YouTube (famously and idiotically) hide the dislike count years ago? The article doesn't source their numbers, just quotes morons.
I don't doubt these morons exist, but I'm curious if they're actually as "popular" as the article makes them seem. It's certainly a possibility, I've been on the Internet, but without actual data this seems like it might be elevating hate unnecessarily.
You can unhide the dislikes.
As of this update, the official trailer is sitting at 165K Likes to 280K Dislikes.
Edit - I'm personally psyched for Ironheart and am just sharing the info.
I guess all of the morons are out downvoting it because of all the usual race/gender reasons.
It looks ok enough. I’ll watch it though I’m not sure the character looks strong enough to carry the story herself.
Oh good, so it’s not just me.
I didn’t know the trailer existed until seeing this article so I just watched it, and didn’t see a problem.
I don’t know much about Riri/Ironheart but I am looking forward to this show. I preferred iron man’s older mechanical suits, and it looks like this is going back to that suit style.
Seconded.
I really liked the garage suit we saw in Wakanda Forever. I didn't care for the upgrade later on the film. I wish so hard we could see more of a truly hacked together suit in this show.
Personally, I think it'd be cool to show power armor that is far less powerful, too. Daredevil is no where near as strong as Spider-Man, but he's still cool. I hate the power level game comics always play. I like believability. Give me a character with 5x strength and super jumps instead of 500x and supersonic speed. That's a way more interesting character to me.
But hey: if we get bulkier suits and leave the nanotech at home I'll call it a win.
This shit is getting so old. What did they expect?
Because people are pathetic.
Looked perfectly decent to me... More serious than I expected which is good.
Trailer was cool, I up voted it. I'll watch it.
First marvel thing I've wanted to watch in actual years.
