One was designed by solution focussed engineers looking to balance a host of competing factors, material use, strength, interoperability with systems manufactured by other companies.
The other was designed by fed up engineers based on the insane demands of a drug addicted narcissistic nazi.

One of them can easily be transported. Because it has hardpoints for lifting.

Both of them only move when placed on the back of a truck.
I bet the one with a window is a composting trashcan!
I bet the garbage truck driver is trying to figure out which one he lifts into the back of the truck.
Really though the garbage truck driver took the picture and wasn't really surprised that someone dumb enough to buy a Deplorian parked in front of the garbage bin.
