Mamdani is the candidate on the ballot and he's got overwhelming support from the democrats in the NY state congress, pretty shit example to use for the claim "your democracy is undeniably dead".

He won the DNC primary. He is a Democrat. In the General Election Ballot there will be a Democrat ticket with his name on it. Mamdani is the DNC.

Under the Biden administration millions of people gained healthcare coverage and the IRS was actively auditing the rich to great success. Imagine what they could do if they had a senate with more than 50 DNC for the first time in over a decade.
So everything was hunky dory and the population just don't know what's good for them. They should just be beholden to what DNC tell them.
I feel like it's been days if not weeks since somebody brought up an actually policy stance or vote, but no instead it's just "oh but they're so corrupt, they're the establishment, they're just like Republicans" bla bla bla.
Policy stance like breaking railroad strike by passing the law which all of the unions rejected.
Policy stance like doing nothing while abortion rights are challenged and eventually overturned.
Policy stance like loyalty to corporates over people's needs. Like promoting dieing democrat over progressive candidates.

Some Railroad unions got 7 days sick leave from 0 days in an year. Whereas the law passed only had a single sick leave.
While it is true SCOTUS overturned their own ruling, but inspite of calls for the government to enshrined the ruling as a law, successive Democratic government did everything possible to keep the status quo.
I will give specific case where AOC was sidelined from becoming leading Democrat in oversight committee while promoting dieing Gerry Connolly. This is not an outlier but an systemic rot.
I haven't even mentioned threatening to snipe protestors, for availing their first amendment right against war in Gaza.
Giving every weapons demanded by Bibi while doing a drama of threatening Netanyahu. Not saying Trump is better but at least we know who the villain is rather than having to dig through the facade of resistance Democrats were pushing.
