I've been able to get by with a Synology DS218+ using containers for qbittorrent + a indexer engine all sitting behind a VPN. I believe most use a VPS. Here's /r/seedboxes wiki for a list of known seedbox providers

Thank you. Unfortunately, I have poor upload speed, so, it's not ideal for high quality streams. I will into these and hopefully I can run jellyfin on them.
