I use Firefox when I suspect a site isn't working well with Librewolf. This also implies the site didn't work for Qutebrowser previously

I've been able to get by with a Synology DS218+ using containers for qbittorrent + a indexer engine all sitting behind a VPN. I believe most use a VPS. Here's /r/seedboxes wiki for a list of known seedbox providers
