The other one is "let's take their exporting port so that all their oil will be ours!!!" (insert maniacal laugh at will) And yes, the port is still way down the gulf.
Honestly, I didn't manage to stop asking myself "are those people just stupid?" every time they say anything. I know the answer, I just can't fully believe in it.
