Clean up as you go when cooking. You're probably dicking around most of the time, anyway. If you don't cook, learn. Also, lawyer up, delete Reddit, and dump food waste in the compost.

Just wash them immediately and have a "no dishes in the sink rule"

Also it doesn't have to be perfect, your immune system can handle an occasional stray bit of unwashed food particles
