It's been almost an year I bought the Nreal glasses and I still can't find a definitive way of using it with devices other than the Steam Deck (lemmit.online)

Is the Beam the definitive solution for using it on home consoles/PC without USB-C out? No lag or anything?

Honestly every solution I came across either lacks something

The Nreal official adapter is battery powered

Third Party Hdmi Adapters are hit or miss (some don't work audio, some you can't find anywhere anymore, some you can find but only ship to the U.S or Europe and would be easier to ship it from China/Asia, some even don't work as stated)

I'm willing to buy the Beam, but I will also have to buy a kinda expensive HDMI > USB-C cable with it, so I really don't want to disappoint with that one.
