Do allergies count as an autoimmune issue? I'm allergic to penicillin, which is actually kind of frustrating if I get sick because it's the standard general purpose antibiotic to use, and the alternatives are often hard on the stomach and make me really nauseous.

For autoimmune disease the best thing you can do is eat the opposite of a vegan diet. So just meat and salt. You'll feel great. Also prefer red meat.
