If that late fumble doesn't happen you're looking at a really impressive close to the game. Establishing the run and mixing it the clever sweeps and space plays in critical situations... SO refreshing. They dialed up some shots plays that didn't connect as well, but the plays were there to be made.

Also, solid execution with minimal penalties, smart timeout late in the game. A big fumble happens and he's cool. That moment before the fumble... the big pile push run. That's an identity creating play. Gatta love it. Rooting for this man.

Damn near wanted to shed a tear seeing the whole team push Jacobs to the first down.

I did too, man. That was a meaningful play. The fumble was the next play, I think haha, but whew. I was punching the air after that play.

Me too, I was joking about how ridiculous these “carry” plays are getting and then the fumble happened right after. My heart melted thinking “here we go”, but in my group chat one of my friends is a Jets fan and he put into the ether the Zach choke and sure enough he did.

I love that we’re seeing motion and stretching the field horizontally as well as vertical, you know modern concepts in the nfl lol
