She could have kept them if she just stayed with the party and kept acting the exact same way. The lesson here isn't "don't be a duplicitous piece of shit" it's "be a duplicitous piece of shit as much as you want. As long as you maintain party affiliation, you'll keep your donors."

I mean... Sinema isn't loyal to anything but her own self interests. If she's shocked establishment democrats aren't going to support her after her fuckery, she's dumber than she lets on.
Sinema isn't even that outlandish a politician in being a self serving piece of shit, she just seemingly never got the memo that you toe the party line and do your bullshit under the radar. She took a deal from the GOP who no longer has any use for her so of course she's on her own
