I've wanted this man fired so many times, but I have to say I am a believer in him now. He definitely deserves the job and more investment of capital into his defense.
No offense to you, and I’m glad you’ve come around - but your first sentence is exactly why any fan opinion on this sub should be given zero stock. This sub doesn’t know shit.
I don’t know if it was Mcdumbass all along. But since AP has taken over Graham’s defense has been solid
I'd keep him, but if a new coach/gm come in, he's probably gone.
It sucks because we have made great strides but unless AP stays, whoever we hire will want to bring in “their” guys especially in if we get a Defensive coach.
If they hire a Head coach outside the current staff, it’s a guarantee their will be a new OC and DC. And guess what? The defense is going to suck again because continuity is important.

Absolutely. It's crazy how much he was held back.
I don't know how anyone looks at what he's done this year and says otherwise.
I honestly think AP will get the job. He's what the Raiders need, because he knows the heart of this team. Sure the loss was tough yesterday, but they showed a resilience I haven't seen in a long time.
He's definitely the right man for the job. The O line just needs a boost, with better players... Save for the good ones.
