I am so excited for this game! I went into the original Citizen Sleeper without any prior knowledge of the game, ended up finishing it in two (pretty long) sessions.
Some of the top comments (surprising considering there is a high likelihood CIG online content is heavily botted):
I'm on the side that allows me bring up my small vehicles through the freight elevators
I’m on the side that lets me out of the hanger
I'm on the side that lets me fininsh a single mission in two hours play section.
If only the game looked and played like this lol..
Which faction has working hangars and inventory? Then I chose them.
Yeah, there are space whales in Before We Leave. Beyond These Stars is based on Before We Leave I believe.
I don't think it would be possible to make a tycoon/management game with an official Stargate license. The IP holders would want returns of such a size that would be unrealistic for the tycoon/management game genre. Although Two Point Studios have seen what seems like mainstream success.
It feels like a complete bloodbath with the job situation in the gaming industry in the west.
The worst thing is none of the executives are getting fired (in a proper manner, no golden parachutes and clawbacks on any stock based compensation).
Option #4 sounds most realistic.

I would have to agree. And I don't think it's a good idea to have ray tracing as a mandatory feature.
I think some basic level of support for ray-tracing will be mandatory for dGPUs in the coming years.
This is the truly definitive edition. The real deal!
I am big fan of horror movies, but I do not like horror games (played Soma with the passive monsters mod).
This one was really good, more of a psychological horror game.
I just wish the prelude part was longer and the map was larger and with more interactive elements.
I can't imagine many people who haven't tried Final Fantasy are going to play this. This seems like a game for super fans only.
FWIW, the last FF game I tried was FF7 in the early 2000s. Bounced off of it in ~40 minutes. I had only played cRPGs and I never really tried any JRPGs (nothing wrong with them, they just not for me).
That being said, I am actually considering trying the original FF7 with mods one of these days.
I think the real world implementation of "Kingdoms of Elyria" is Kingdoms Reborn. A multiplayer 4X/city-builder hybrid (although it works just fine in single player too).
