Secondo me avere la tassa sulla prima casa a zero o molto bassa è sacrosanto. Mi vengono in mente gli americani o i canadesi che sono costretti a vender casa a giga aziende (spesso straniere) immobiliari perché la loro casa ha preso talmente tanto valore che la tassa sull'immobile è diventata insostenibile.

Detto questo se aggiungi tassazioni ai poveri stronzi con 1600€ e casa pagata (perche anche loro sono poveri stronzi, magari non poverissimi, ma non sono certo il top 5%) fai scappare anche loro.

Hai idee su come sistemare quel divario? Conta che già se uno prende 1600€ a prescindere che abbia casa pagata o meno è sull'orlo dell' abbandonare il paese

And you really think Domino's is better? I believe the quality of the ingredients used are very, very different. With Domino's specifically I only had bad experience and only in Europe, but when I was in NYC I tried some slice of NY style pizza and it was ok. But for me it was just a normal pizza like thousands I can have randomly around Italy.

You can script that i believe. We had multiple fuckup in our company due to poorly missmanaged browser migration.

Im in a top500 and they swapped browser to like 30% of the population without informing local IT as a test. Many people lost bookmarks I always run a firefox in parallel (against company policy but they are too bad to find out)
