They replaced the "M365" app icon with "M365 copilot" and the copilot icon on android the other day. I Uninstalled it.
It's nice to be able to use copilot in some of these apps, it is shit to be forced to have it everywhere.
So it's not that certain jobs get paid maternity leave, it's that some states do. In new york, I get 2 of the bottom 3 things. It's not ideal that these things aren't nationwide, but in some cases, states will take it upon themselves to make things better. We also pay more taxes in new york which people complain about, but i like what I get for it.

Usually, you'd get your holiday pay at 1x that everyone gets and then you'd get 1.5x for working the holiday.
You can do it on firefox on android but every time I try it makes the status and navigation bar on the phone white. I find that annoying so I had to grab an app to put shortcuts on my home screen that open in the browser instead of the "install" version.

Right now I'm trying Instagram and Facebook as website shortcuts. I watch reels on Instagram and people send event invites on Facebook (birthdays and whatnot) but I don't like having them installed. The reels scrolling fucks up very often but otherwise it's fine.
In the end I don't know why I'm bothering, since I use messenger with a few people and I can't seem to use that without an app (or going to my PC every time).
