Wonderful news. Keep it up even when tariffs are removed. We MUST grow Canadian made for Canadians to purchase.

I think the dealership fires and vandalism are insider jobs. The dealers have unsellable merchandise. An insurance payout is about the best they could hope for.

If anything says "I don't give a shit about the constitution or laws" this is it. Unless he can use it against someone else, Trump has no time for legality of anything. He doesn't abide by it if it interferes with his wants.

I wonder if Americans will wake up and start to push back when they and their families start dying for this stuff. Taking over other countries means death and not just to those who are being taken over.

Does Russia have enough male population left to fight a big war? They've killed off a good chunk of them in Ukraine already.

It means that everything PP is currently sharing is made up misinformation because he has cut himself off from having real information. He is firmly in favour of that because he can say anything, real or imagined, that he thinks will appeal to his potential voters. Truth is something they might not agree with so it's better for him not to be held to that. Inuendo is so much easier to spin than fact.

They never understand that their wages, their benefits, their subsides for their businesses to survive are the "waste" that the right is talking about. To cut "waste'" is to cut all government because government only exists to stop the rape and pillage by a business entity strong enough to be doing it. Why should the food you consume be safe - that cuts into corporate profits. Why should children be educated - that cuts into corporate profits. Etc. If you aren't the owner of said corporation, you do not matter. Of course Trump needed their ill-informed vote to do what his is doing now. This is exactly what they explicitly voted in favour of, even if they were too dim to understand that.

The Canadian version in our current election is climate change denial. We can't have any restrictions due to carbon/fossil fuels because that costs money. Even though by not have any restrictions, fossil fuel corporations are shifting 100% of their environmental damage costs on to taxpayers. We don't get the revenues, we don't get the profits but we get all the costs. Once again: privatized profits, socialized costs. The status quo of big business.

Please people, if you are going to look at stock prices, look back a year, two, or more. Reddit was slightly up from its 5 year point when in October 2024, like many other stocks, it wildly went up. It isn't yet back down to the pre-October level. Someone (Musk and fellow billionaires?) have been playing these markets since the last US election to game money out of everyone else. There was no value in the business to justify the jump, just a pump and dump scheme to graft money out of the lower classes/pension portfolios.

Because neither of them have one?

I think Russia would be a great place for Joe. He really should give it a shot.

I like the people that say it is decline due to the exchange rate. While a favourable exchange rate is nice, a negative one has never impacted travel to this extent. Canadians we can do better - we can get this up to 90% or more of a drop! Go Canada Go.

If it's biology based, women have 3 and men 2, but straight line would make more sense. But that is only a guess and who knows what the symbols are actually based on.
