See @[email protected] comment above for a more precise description. The Soviets relocated / took some industrial plants partly as reparations and partly in case of allied invasion prior to the development of their own nuclear bomb.

Figured it was more a question of removing the outliers rather than using the correct kind of average. Or just changing the sample size until you get the grouping that gives you the funny answer.

Didn't the Soviets sort of cannibalize most of the german industry within the Soviet Occupation Area, prior to that area being turned into the DDR? Or was the relocation of eastern german industry a later thing?
The average age in the Senate is massively pushed downwards by freaks like Marco Rubio and other Republicans. Pretty sure that the Senate dems on average are closer to 70 than 45.
Hasn't that game been in development since 2010? So the dumpy 45-year old was at one point a slightly less dumpy 30-something who presumably had some disposable income to throw at a cool kickstarter game.
Is this a threat to any generals bank account? I read this as mostly hitting the grunt-level troops and the GOP is pretty open about not giving a fuck about those guys.
