It may not be perfect for your use case but I use a Bluetooth sleep mask. The speakers are flat and the foam of the mask means you really can't feel them so side sleeping is no problem. This combined with white noise or binaural beats really helps for me. Your mileage may vary and all that.
It is the right of younger generations to confuse older gens with their style and older ones to be confused/offended by them. A tale as old as time.

As a huge fan of Sense8, I loved the latest Matrix.
That's a crazy one to start with but it's also a very good game.
AER was a lovely stop-gap for me after I'd finished Outer Wilds and was a bit bereft. Not remotely the same but I loved the music and flying around.
