"Remember the human"

One time a turbolib told me that the subreddit universally wanted Trump to win based on a handful of users saying it as a hypothetical. When I explained this to them, they pivoted to arguing that we wanted Trump to win because we break the rules.

Where did you get the snazzy bright blue jacket and yellow boots?

Who the fuck is scraeming "Cool it with the ppb!" at my house. Show yourself, coward. I will never cool it with the ppb.

Eldest, that's what Tom Bombadil is.

Edit: In Magic The Gathering, he's listed as a god.

Yep. I got two back-to-back, my ban expired and then before I could even upvote or post I was banned again.

When I was a drama student, I had a friend who's dad was a stage manager at the local theater. He would throw together costumes out of stuff he borrowed and he would go out and interact with people in character.

One time he found these old-fashioned sunglasses that made his eyes look like they were too close together, so he put together this outrageous character of a horribly inbred late 19th century nobleman. This bike is the only piece that was missing from that costume.

This is the model for the original You Don't Know Jack cover. Feel old?

There's a game with similar mechanics called Mind Scanners, where you play as a psychologist in a dystopian future and try to determine whether people actually have a disorder or if they're just struggling under capitalism.

Mine starts piling up crashes until eventually I can't watch anything. Usually I just reinstall it.

What phone lines used to sound like and the applications of phone phreaking beyond free long distance. Interesting how some of this stuff is still influencing the ways we interact online.

Yes, I did watch Fearlessmusic.

No, I did not stop following the bands I discovered there.
