I didn't know I had missed it until I had already saved past that point

Learn from my childhood with trying to 100% Metroid Fusion.

There's an item in a section of the world that explodes on a timer, and you can't return to collect it later so you end up stuck with a 99% complete file. ☹️

DayZ Standalone for you as well?

Because whoever curated this list doesn't know what they're talking about. I got as far as the web browsers and I immediately closed it.

This is almost certainly to set a precedent for it applying to adults as well so they can later increase the age.

Oh little snitch was just what I used when macOS was my main operating system. When I switched to windows I started using simple wall and I just recently was poking around for a Linux solution and I found open snitch

Just use little snitch, open snitch or simple wall depending on your operating system and block the outbound connection if one ever occurs

You probably use a lot more than that in homemade Horchata, but also that's just the recommended limit. OP might be more sensitive than most and can only tolerate much smaller quantities. They also specifically said they can't have it in large quantities

You might just have an issue with Cassia cinnamon. It's more commonly available, but it's dangerous even in small quantities. You might try Ceylon cinnamon instead.

Exceeding the upper limit for coumarin is easily possible if you are consuming a lot of cassia cinnamon. In many cases, just 1-2 teaspoons could bring someone over the daily limit.

In rodents, coumarin is known to cause kidney, liver and lung damage. It may even cause cancer. In humans, there are isolated incidents of similar effects (11Trusted Source12Trusted Source).

Now that we know the 'Duty To Warn' letter written by Stephen Spoonamore is misleading per Snopes as discussed here: https://lemmy.world/post/22317681, I figured it was worth mentioning there is another unrelated letter with a similar message that seems more credible. The letter is linked in the article, but here's a direct link for the curious: https://freespeechforpeople.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/letter-to-vp-harris-111324-1.pdf

A healthy human liver contains 575 international units (IU) of vitamin A per gram while a polar bear's liver contains between 24,000 and 35,000 IU per gram. Compare that to the tolerable upper level of vitamin A intake for a healthy adult human: 10,000. Signs of toxicity generally occur when approximately 25,000 to 33,000 IU are consumed.

Illness severity depended on how much liver the explorers consumed, but symptoms typically included drowsiness, sluggishness, irritability, severe headache, bone pain, blurred vision and vomiting. While milder cases merely involved flaking around the mouth, some accounts reported cases of full-body skin loss. Even the thick skin on the bottoms of a patient's feet could peel away, leaving the underlying flesh bloody and exposed. The worst cases ended in liver damage, hemorrhage, coma and death.

Kurabba, the #1 player in the world, beat Isai sending him to losers bracket 1-3. Isai turned on the heat and proceeded to steamroll the rest of the tournament and beat Kurabba 6-0 resetting the bracket and taking the championship! Truly the GOAT. His aggressive pikachu was amazing to watch.

I tried browsing this community and using https://fedi-search.com/, but I can't find anything. Does anyone know if it can? If not, are there other applications that can?

Lightning sprites

Lightning sprites literally look like something out of Neon Genesis Evangelion, and they're frankly horrifying! I can only imagine what ancient civilizations must have thought.
