A scindapsus pictus (satin pothos) would look really cool in that!

That’s such a great pattern! Really like your color choices too! Now I’m going to have to pick that pattern up as well…
You should check out Alize Bella Ombre Batik! It’s only one color transition but it’s a 900m long gradient which is really pretty.
I live in an apartment so my gardening is limited to containers on my balcony as well as a million tropical houseplants. I finally figured out what grows best in my conditions of scorching hot in the morning and nice and cool in the afternoon out there. I’m growing a fig and a dwarf citrus as well as a blueberry bush that is finally not hating the spot I put it in! Otherwise it’s a bunch of succulents out there.
I’m hoping one day to have a real garden but for now I’m having fun with what I can grow both indoors and outdoors.
An obvious one might be Rand from Wheel of Time series. He is feared/hated by various groups for various reasons. One of the biggest reasons is that he is destined to break the world again. The Aiel especially have a weird relationship with him because of this.
Honestly I prefer ebooks way more to physical books these days. Almost all of my books are ebooks unless it’s a cookbook or a non-fiction book I need to reference. I have hundreds of books so storage of physical books would have been impossible at those counts.
Ebooks are awesome for reading on the go, and I can take my whole library with me anywhere. I got a really nice cover for my kindle that gives it a bit of weight and it feels great to me.
Also you can use sites like eReaderIQ to setup notifications for ebook sales which has been super nice! I got all my books on sales which has also been nice for the wallet.
I got an arc of Martha Wells’ The Book of Ile-Rien which is a republishing of the two novels: The Element of Fire and The Death of The Necromancer. I originally was looking for a copy of Necromancer only which I couldn’t find but this came my way so I decided to read both.
I’m about 1/3-1/2 though Element so far and it’s a pretty good fantasy mystery/court intrigue story so far. Lots of fantasy elements weaved into the world along with fun characters. Definitely worth it!
Yup same here. I have an extensive ebook collection that I’ve been putting together for a while. It helps that I only get them while they’re on sale so it’s actually not too bad (I tell myself)! But yes there are a ton of them.
I have a whole list of books waiting for price drops as well that get added to the pile. My general rule is that if it’s <$5 and it’s on the list I get it.
It looks super cute! Congrats on getting it done!
Congrats! I was planning on doing NaNo this year, and then life got in the way, and now it’s almost over. Ugh. I have a completed story I need to edit anyways I suppose.
Honestly, Elden Ring. I kept a small notebook on the side to write down all the different bits I didn’t want to forget. Clues and quests and stuff like that. There were so many things if you pay attention and take care to try to piece together. It was really fun to come across something many hours later and then pull out the notebook to find my notes on it.
Hm I’m pretty sure what you have there will just be zombie leaves. Essentially they will root and they will stay alive but they will never grow the stem to continue a new ficus plant. You need an actual node from the original stem to create a new plant.
