LOL the funny thing is, I use to THRIVE online when I was younger and barely talked in school because of social anxiety. Now I’m older and have a bit less social anxiety in rl but SO MUCH online. I have no idea how or why it happened like this 🤣

New video games and books lol. Also, my husband and close family members--I like seeing people I love happy and look forward to the time I have with them since life is short.

This is the current state of my job. Morale is very low and leadership is only just now attempting to figure out why since people have begun to leave. Feedback has been constantly shared and yet they have done nothing to address the issues. Namely communication issues from leadership to staff.
Staying present. Like fully focusing on a task like brushing my teeth, cooking, cleaning, etc. I just completely empty my mind and focus only on the act of doing that task. The sound, how things feel, my movements. I meditated ALOT before I was able to really understand what being present means. It helps a lot with minor things that cause me anxiety. Otherwise, deep breathing is something I try when I’m near panic…which is a hit or miss depending on how quickly my mind is racing.
A master of dishonesty….fails at dishonesty
My elementary school closed down a few years back. They had a small reunion with any students that attended before they closed for good. It was a definite blast from the past as there were a few teachers that still worked there and many of my old classmates attended. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the news until after they already shut down but I was able to see pictures on Facebook.
Right? Who is creating these terms lol
