This attitude betrays that you never actually engaged with it besides reading about a candidate 2 minutes before casting a vote that one time and never again.
Every hacker group or indeed a random guy, can get and routinely gets this data for very cheap. It's not news because its the norm.
If she had polulist conservative platform, sure, they will vote conservative anyway, and non-sexist part of the undecided could be swayed. With left leaning however, no chance. Her core base don't vote so they will fall off, a bunch of left leaning people prefer to be outraged to solutions so they will not vote because she will check 99 boxes out of 100 and for those people it might as well be satan incarnate, and a bunch of centrists will not vote for no woman something something sandwich. The rest are racists and will be outraged that a minority has an audacity to talk.
In a slightly saner world she would be nobrainer. Smart, young, active, has enormous support base. In current US political climate being smart and young is a disadvantage and being a woman is a political suicide, unless you're very, very conservative.
Last year there was hope that the US will at least not get worse.
Up until recently you really did. US citizens decided to not have it, so who knows in the future, but you really did.
American really cannot do comparative analysis, they believe that their country is the only one in the world and very unique, so it's hard for american brain to comprehend that some countries are better at something and some are worse. They need to be either the best or the worst.

You don't need physical skills to program, there is nothing that needs to be hone in into the physical memory by repetition. If you know how to type and what to type, you're ready to type. Of you know what strings to pluck, you still need to train your fingers to do it, it's a different skill.
