@quediuspayu And GamersNexus, Asmongold… there are a lot of people suddenly embracing it after Mr. Hall screwed up so hard.

@unknown1234_5 I want my software to be updated in the background but limited to using only 10% of any resource (bandwidth, CPU etc) while doing so.

I can always set it to automatic somehow, but I never saw those utilities offering a maximum download speed or CPU/Disk utilization setting in any distro.

@[email protected] Leap for stability & compatibility reasons unless it's a poweruser who wants to get into the nitty-gritty anyway and, simultaneously, doesn't need CUDA or ROCm. In those cases probably Tumbleweed or Slowroll.

@[email protected] Love how "media" can be simply replaced by "VLC". 😂

In case anyone from Windows wants to look at apps that are generally available on big Linux distros (e.g. to make sure you still got Desktop Spotify or sth), take a look at the biggest App Store Source*:
https://flathub.org/

*Linux App Stores can, other than Google, MS or Apple Stores, get their apps from more than one provider. This one is just the common default one; OpenSuse additionally provides more apps to the mix as well!
