NFL has a good intention of reducing injuries, but horrible execution. It must be incredibly frustrating to be a defender in the NFL these days, because each new rule seems to move things closer and closer to it being impossible to play the position effectively.

It's not like these come out of Bill Belichick's vagina as a clone of him. They're individual people each with their own set of experiences, opinions, and brains.

I suppose teams are biased into thinking coordinators for a dynasty must also be likely to be good head coaches, so these Pats assistant coaches end up getting offers they don't have the skill set to handle.
This is over analysis... Nice throw and catch though.
