There are 5-6 really good QBs in this draft. Assuming you write off Maye/Williams because we're not getting a top 3 pick, the following are all GREAT day 1 starters;
Bo "Knows" Nix
Michael Penix
JJ McCarthy
Quinn Ewers (I think he goes back for another year)
Jayden Daniels
Riley Leonard (I think he goes back too)
They're all 1st round guys. Raiders could land one of these guys anywhere in the 1st.
We have a good OL, it can be better but we're top 10 in pass pro and 15th in run blocking.

Phillip Buchanon pick 6 on the 1st play on Daunte Culpepper in 2003. It was my 1st ever game with my Step-dad (Broncos fan), he wore a Raiders jacket for the game so I'd have a good time. Hand down my favorite Raiders memory
This is a great pick up. Played with Pierce at both Arizona st. and Long beach Polytech.
I mean, he's 6'3" 210lbs and has been training his whole life. Started at QB for a good school in the Big 10 and broke a record held by Drew Brees.
He's not really an "average Joe" by any means lol.
