? 200kbps, which written that was is kilobits per second, isn't fine for anything? Thats 40KB/s, and will barely run 240p youtube, some videos it'll need 144p.

If you mean 200KB/s, that's 480p youtube. 720p would require a video without a whole lot of movement. If you think that's fine, go tell everyone you know to never use HD video because that wont cause any issues at all, surely.

Pretty sure dewormer works if there's a worm infestation, not just feeding it to the worm in chief

I grew up breaking games to make them run under minimum settings. Subnautica has (or at least had) a Dev menu or some shit that you could make the game look like utter arse.

Got me like 18fps at 480p, worth it #playable for younger me.

If I get under 100fps at 4k now I'm unhappy. How times change.

You should be in the slow lane I'd you aren't overtaking anyway right? I presume most places have fairly similar rules but here in Australia it's keep left unless overtaking, always. I guess keep right unless overtaking for US.

I don't know what your job is but I just either ignore the question immediately moving on, or give a short honest answer. I work at a servo though and that might not work.

Breathing is the answer that gets the best response for me.

No they just send out the information, commands and warnings (they did) and trust that the pilots will pay attention to them and do as instructed. They have no way to force the helicopter to move in that time frame. They can tell it to stay out of the way, and they did. What else are they gonna do? Any consequences they could make happen are after the incident and far too late.

The ATC (afaik) cannot remotely take control of a military helicopter to force it to move out of the way.
