It’s very much a rarity for a guy to be cut out to be a head coach. I don’t wanna debate the talent level of these coaching trees but bottom line is being a head coach is a totally different beast than being a coordinator or positions coach. We take the good/great ones for granted.

Also situations/rosters matter a ton in football.

Also football is a sport where you can produce like a scrub or star depending on whatever coaching scheme you're in.

I cant express how mad I'm going to be when Kirk Cousins gets inducted.

For what it's worth, he seems to be a great guy off the field, I just don't think he belongs anywhere near the hall of fame and I have a bad feeling he'll get in without having to wait very long. They really need a standard tho, I think Matt Ryan is a decent place to start from.
