Sometimes when I read or watch shows where people have happy, supportive parents, I actually can't help but cry because how different might life be if I was encouraged instead of shut down?
So, I totally understand how you feel. And it's one of those both things can be true situations: you can be so happy for your cousin, but you can also envy her. I've spent years in therapy thanks to my parents, but the truth is, it'll always be a little wound somewhere on me that opens it. I'm just better at treating it now.

Alfie goes absolutely nuts when I get home from the pool. I live close by, so just hop out, rinse off and chuck my poncho towel on and come home and shower. As soon as I get through the door, he's desperately trying to lick me, I picked him up and he fully tried to chow down on my hair. Little weirdo.
I've been following along daily and anyone who thinks Justice Beale is doing the defence's job for them is just upset that there is room for reasonable doubt. I think they're angry that there's a chance she'll won't be found guilty. That sub is fascinating, but definitely an echo chamber of "SHE'S GUILTY".
The jury must just be exhausted by this point.
If it's any consolation, that cruise caused many of the big cruises to install back up generators onboard their ships ๐ and have secondary engine rooms!
