  1. Parliament, the Courts and the Charter

The Conservative Party believes that Parliament, rather than the courts, is the law-making body of Canada. We support the establishment of a parliamentary judicial review committee to prepare an appropriate response to those court decisions that Parliament believes should be addressed through legislation. We re-affirm the legitimacy of the entire Charter of Rights and Freedoms including section 33 (notwithstanding clause). We support legislation to remove authority from the Canadian Human Rights Commission and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal to regulate, receive, investigate or adjudicate complaints related to section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act.

Why is this tune not being played everywhere?

The Canadians in the middle-east were called the "greatest snipers" by members of the US military - multiple kills over a mile (5280 ft or 1.6 km) but a Ukrainian sniper recently made a shot at well over 6000 ft. Would love to plant a little nervousness in that Orange Chump

There have been several mag/news articles - that seemed thoroughly respectable - saying that the original author was a victim of widespread inaccuracies in the actual death records of all the bluezones, along with widespread fraud in old-age and retirement payments. Okinawa was especially corrupt in this area.

Haven't the "Blue Zones" been thoroughly debunked? They were found to be due to a combination of fraud and unreported deaths, for the most part.

The Torstar group - the Toronto Star - aren't here - are they actually still Canadian?
