For a good platform with tumblr-like energy, you should check out wafrn. (app.wafrn.net)
The admin is cool, they ban terfs almost instantly and they connect to the fediverse and bluesky.
There's no rule against reposting :).

The only rule is to post. This is also the only rule for the mods, so they can remove whatever they like.
Rule was just used as a title on reddit since posts need to have a title, making it a kind of rule in itself.
There was many other uncreative titles, but rule eventually won out.
Posts that propagated to other communities will stay on servers.
