Is it common for people to save scum or is that blasphemy?

It's not actually unusual to refer to them as such, especially if they didn't go through a formal adoption process. I wouldn't say it's common where I'm from, but certainly not noteworthy.

I don't think we should feed the trolls either but suggesting OP is responsible for others making incel cults is extreme.

That's insane, because the KJV is objectively a bad translation. I'm not even Christian anymore and it still annoys me how popular it is.

Apparently, the State Superintendent gets to decide what gets taught in classrooms, and how it gets taught is left up to individual school districts. But it's fully within his right because no "commentary" is allowed around the Bible, just how important it was to America's history.

Why that requires a physical copy that's leather bound, I have no idea. Nor why the money has to come from the fucking payroll budget.

Oklahoma is ranked 49th in education, yet this is what we're spending money on? Seriously?

I forget that the original was also terribly sad, but my brain only processes it as a meme now.

Boundaries by Henry Cloud and John Townsend. Helps you understand how to set boundaries at work and general relationships, helped me as someone who's a pretty big people pleaser.

Read it years ago when I was religious and it does have a Christian tone but it's not overt or excessive. Looks like they re-released it recently.
