Pretty much just MS Dynamics. Or you build your own, that's common too.

There are others, Zendesk has a CRM, some use ServiceNow or Hubspot but those don't fit the same use case.

And no, turns out it's just a bunch of pesticides and more recently (since the mid 90s) they apparently infect them on purpose with something that destroys their liver.

Sort of an aside from OP's original question, but when I was dating, I'd find ways to initiate light physical touch, like complimenting rings/nails to touch their hands, short contact with the elbow or back. Something to gauge their response without overwhelming their personal space.
